Welcome to The Outdoor Squad! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.outdoorsquad.com.au ("Site") and the services we provide, including outdoor group training, personal training, and related fitness content ("Services").
By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
1. Who We Are
The Outdoor Squad is a Sydney-based outdoor fitness community offering group boot camps and personal training in the Inner West. We aim to provide a supportive, challenging, and fun environment for people of all fitness levels.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By registering with us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Booking and Payments
All group classes and personal training sessions must be booked in advance via our website or booking platform.
Payments are made fortnightly in advance via credit card or direct debit.
All Squad members commit to an initial training camp of 12 weeks. This period is designed to establish consistent training habits and deliver visible results. For experienced individuals, these 12 weeks will push you to the next level.
At the conclusion of the initial 12-week period, billing continues at your nominated Elite rate until you choose to change or cancel.
You may book into any available session to use up your paid credits.
Missed sessions can be made up until the end of the following month.
Payments can be suspended upon request. Please contact us for more information.
Two weeks’ written notice is required to quit training and cancel any further payments.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Group Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the session starts to avoid being charged.
Personal Training: Requires at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
No refunds are provided for missed sessions or unused credits.

5. Health and Safety
By participating in our workouts, you acknowledge that:
You are in good physical condition and understand the risks involved in physical activity.
You are responsible for consulting a medical professional before beginning any new exercise program.
The Outdoor Squad is not liable for any injuries or health issues that arise from your participation in our Services.
6. Code of Conduct
We foster a positive and respectful community. By using our Services, you agree to:
Treat instructors and fellow members with respect.
Not engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination.
Follow the instructions of our trainers to ensure safety and effectiveness.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you breach these expectations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, images, videos, logos, and workout plans, is the property of The Outdoor Squad and protected by Australian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
8. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Outdoor Squad is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Site or Services.
