Best bootcamp group in the Inner West! I joined as a complete exercise novice and was quite nervous going to the first session but all the trainers are so friendly, encouraging and professional. There are a variety of workout styles to choice from and multiple locations which is so handy for a shift worker like me. Special shout out to Nick, Rory and Dara who have helped me recover after a back injury from work. I love coming to the classes and have met some great people through this group.
